The Process
At Ultra Sip Panels our process goes through four stages:
Stage1: Quotation.
Stage 2: Design and engineering.
Stage 3: Production.
Stage 4: Delivery.
QUOTATION.
On receipt of an enquiry, we issue a quotation for the work, we aim to give the best value for money and ensure there are no hidden costs, therefore the more detailed the order, the better.
DESIGN AND ENGINEERING.
When an order is placed, our design and engineering team go to work, looking at vertical, horizontal and longitudinal loads, to determine if any lintels or glulam beams are required. Then a drawing is produced, once the drawing has been approved, signed off and a delivery date is agreed we move on to production.
PRODUCTION.
As we produce our own SIP panels on site, we can manufacture them to suit your order. Our SIP panels are produced to the highest standards, using top quality products.
Drawings are sent to our production team, where the panels are cut, rebated and stenciled, they are then strapped and wrapped, ready for delivery.
DELIVERY.
On completion of your order delivery will be arranged, if the order can fit on one of our vans or our flatbed truck we will deliver directly to the specified address. If the order is too big for our vehicles, haulage will need to be arranged by the customer.
